I am at present carrying out quantum investigations relating to several incidents where the sums claimed exceed £1m and in one instance may incur costs in the region of £7m.

I have a significant case load where the Claims submitted are between £200K and £800K.

During the next few months I am instructed in a number of matters where I am required to attend Court to give evidence.

Due to a significant influx in the requirement for my services I have recently had on a number of occasions had no option other than to decline instructions in order that I am able to retain a high standard of service. It is therefore important that any organisation requiring my services make should make contact with me in order to establish my availability. This is particularly important where Court Proceedings have been implemented as I have a list of dates where Court attendance is likely to be required.

I am regularly requested to provide my services in relation to incidents which occur overseas. Unfortunately my case load has required me to decline any investigation that would require travelling outside the United Kingdom.
