We are appointed by Clients either singularly or jointly and regularly attend Court throughout the country giving evidence as an expert witness.

We have extensive experience of providing expert evidence which conforms with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules. We comply with requirements that are recognised relating to the provision of expert evidence:-

"Experts overriding duty to the Court

   It is the duty of an expert to help the Court on the matters within his expertise
 
(2)
   This duty overrides any obligation to the person from whom he has received instructions or by whom he is paid."

We regularly consult with experts appointed by other parties and frequently provide a Summary of Discussions containing the Heads of Agreement and Disagreement.
