Chapter House Engineering Consultants is recognised as a leading practice focussed specifically on areas where damage has occurred to Utility Companies Underground Apparatus.

Created in 1993 resulting from a recognition that advice on liability and quantum was required by Utility Companies relating to the underground electricity distribution systems and telecommunication networks.

Based in West Yorkshire I practice throughout the United Kingdom and Eire, with clients ranging from national solicitors, the electricity, telecommunication, gas and water network operators and the construction industry their advisers and insurers.

I provide a modern and professional approachable advice which is easily understood by our lay clients. I have specialist knowledge in matters of underground damage which is imparted to my Clients to enable them to understand the extent of their liability.
