| Chapter House Engineering Consultants is recognised as a leading practice focussed specifically on areas where damage has occurred to Utility Companies Underground Apparatus. The practice was created in 1993 resulting from recognition that advice on liability and quantum was required by Utility Companies relating to damage to underground plant.The practice has been expanded the practice to deal with all types of claim where damage has been caused by other parties engaged in ground works, highways and construction. Based in West Yorkshire we practice throughout the United Kingdom and Eire, with clients ranging from national solicitors, the electricity, telecommunication, gas and water network operators and the construction industry their advisers and insurers. |
